The day has arrived

I thought it best to write one more blog post as a single man!! Thank-you so much for all your prayers and support over the last couple of weeks. Everything seems to be falling in place and we have even been relaxed in these last few days before the wedding.

We arrived in QLD on Wednesday and everyday has been full of SO MUCH EXCITEMENT as we catch up with family and make final preparations like hiring items for my suit, getting the wedding rings and Anisia's hair and makeup trials. It is now only 2 more sleeps until the BEST day of our lives and the moment we have all been waiting for!!

Praise God for bringing us together and praise God for the day that awaits...

See you at the wedding!!!! =)
Nathan

P.S. The poll on the Blog about my beard seems to be 50/50 so that means it is up to me to decide what I would like to do. And the truth is I couldn't bear to shave it off because it is the new me. So there you have it - the beard is staying on for the wedding and I will wear it proud!

10 Days

Thank you everyone for your prayers and thoughts based on the last blog post. I am feeling much healthier than I was and am able to function properly again. Please continue to pray for us and our sanity in the days to go. Its only 10 days now!! I honestly don't know how Anisia and I are going to squeeze in work, study and wedding prep into the days remaining. It's hard for either one of us to concentrate properly on normal tasks. We have only one thing on our mind: wedding, wedding & wedding...

15 Days

Anisia and I are feeling the pressure of planning a wedding. This much is obvious by our lack of blog posts and limited social diary. Today marks 15 days until the wedding which is exciting but also very daunting. Thankfully we have enlisted the help of many people in QLD but there still seems like so much that we have to do.

It's also the end of a busy week for both of us. I have fallen sick again with the flu I suspect and have felt awful and feverish over the last couple of days. Neish has had a busy week at work and we have both gone hard with wedding related tasks. My bike (as featured in the last blog post) was stolen this week to add to the things we don't want to deal with right now.

If you are reading this blog post - please pray for us in this time leading up to the wedding. Pray for our physical health and mental state. We love each other and just want to get married. At this point we are just sick of all the planning...

Thanks
Nathan
